The first step before any designing takes place is to listen and learn. We seek to understand the needs and typical usage before we suggest any new system design.
Once we have gathered the required information and goals, we then get to work, researching to discover products that fit your vision. Then we present a proposal outlining options on ways to proceed. We will go over the proposal and answer any questions you may have. We want you to be able to make an informed decision about the choices available and the direction you would like to take.
After all options are decided, we begin acquiring and integrating your new system. Once our work is complete, we will go over the resulting system with you. We want to be sure you are comfortable and able to use your new system before we leave the site. Of course support will be available after the time of purchase.
